Before you say that you have tried fishing when you were growing up and didn’t like it, this is fly fishing. While regular fishing will have you sitting on a boat while you wait to catch fish, fly fishing requires you to do nothing more than stand in the middle of a relatively shallow moving lake and listen to the sounds of nature. Or most likely, no sounds at all except for the calming running water.

While some of the ideas in this article may not seem like your cup of tea, what have you got to lose in trying them? The worst thing that could happen is that you find a new way to find complete peace and are able to better manage the stresses of your daily life.
